Fondato nel 1970 dai musicisti Dewey Bunnell, Gerry Beckley e Dan Peek, il gruppo ha rapidamente raggiunto la fama grazie a singoli come A Horse with No Name, Ventura Highway e Sister Golden Hair, che sono diventati simboli della musica americana dell’epoca.
